SportsPilot has designed a sync system that allows parish organizations that use their own SportsPilot database to capture the individual player registrations (with payment to the parish's bank account), to form team rosters, and then publish those teams to your CYO Athletics’ database for league scheduling.  

With the sync function all that is required is that your parishes map their team rosters to the destination league in your CYO Athletics’ database and then their rosters are complete.  Parish administrators can also choose to pay the Diocese at the time of submitting their teams, or they can choose to have an invoice created for payment at a later time; Available payment options can be decided by the Diocese/Archdiocese.
